Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive exactly as described. If something is wrong, we will put it right.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@thetcgshack.com. Include your order number and photos of the parcel and the item, and we'll put it right.

Wrong or missing item

If something in your order isn't what you ordered or is missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Other returns

For any other return or refund request, email sales@thetcgshack.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll explain the next steps.
